Whether you use a stretch stitch on your sewing machine or your overlock, you can sew a modern turtleneck sweater yourself with just 14 seams.
The trendy turtleneck sewing pattern is carefully designed to ensure a flattering fit that combines both comfort and style. The semi-fitted silhouette gives freedom, style and coziness at the same time. our turtleneck sweater pattern is sewable in a variety of fabrics, from soft knits for cozy winter evenings to lighter materials for a trendy summer look. That’s why our sewing patterns are now also available “Customized to your measurements”. How does it work? Order the option “Customized to your measurements”, measure yourself according to our instructions and enter your current measurements in our form. Our designers then construct your individual pattern. You will receive it within 1 to maximum 2 weeks after filling out the form as paper pattern or digital pattern by email and can start sewing without fear that your garment will not fit in the end as expected.

Required materials
- knitted or jersey fabric, e.g. viscose with a fabric width of at least 140cm (1 1/2yd): XS-XL: 1.30m (1 2/5yd) | XXL-XXXL: 1.40m (1 1/2yd)
- matching sewing thread
- Sewing machine with jersey sewing needle suitable for fabric thickness
Tip: We use a lightweight knit fabric for The Basic Turtleneck made of 50% viscose, 28% polyester and 22% polyacrylic with a weight of 230g/sqm.
Size chart for standard sizes XS-XXXL
Find the perfect size for you simply by using our size chart. Measure your chest, waist and hip circumference and check the chart to see which size most closely matches your own measurements. For reference, our model Naomi is 170cm (5′ 7″) tall and wears size S. Our model Freia is 173cm (5′ 8″) tall and wears size XXL.
