Required materials
- medium to heavy fabric without elastane, e.g. coat fleece with a fabric width of at least 140cm (1.5yd): XS-XXXL: 1,15m (1.25yd)
- 3cm (1in) wide elastic band the length of your own waist minus 4cm (1.5in)
- a safety pin
- matching sewing thread
- Sewing machine with sewing machine needle suitable for fabric thickness
