Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise provided below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Purchase on account via Klarna<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Klarna direct debit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited after the goods have been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The goods remain our property until full payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. TRANSPORT DAMAGE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. * within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n
* insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Restrictions against consumers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the case of the purchase of used goods by consumers, the following applies: if the defect occurs after the expiration of one year from the delivery of the goods, the claims for defects are excluded. Defects occurring within one year of delivery of the goods may be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
